Information we gather. Here is the information that we collect through our website: person’s name, contact information including telephone number and email address, and a brief description of the requester’s question or need.

What we do with the information we collect. We use this information to understand each client’s needs to provide better and more relevant service and to contact the person either via the phone or email for further discussion and elaboration.

Internal record-keeping. From time to time, we may use the information we gather to improve our products and services or train our staff. Also, we may use this information for web statistics and measurement purposes. However, most of the time, the information we collect is used to respond to web inquiries only and is discarded after it’s been used.

For example, most of the data communications and tools that we use are stored with and processed by Microsoft corporation and its partners, Drake Software data infrastructure, and other parties. We rely on our partners’ security measures and protocols to safeguard the data we collect. Finally, all of our staff are properly trained, vetted, and monitored on how they handle information collected on our website, how they dispose of it, and what systems they work with it.

How we use cookies. Our website does not use our clients’ cookie files.

From time to time, we may place links to other websites that may be of interest to our clients (for example, the Internal Revenue Service, reputable financial publications by Kiplinger or the Financial Times, and others). We do not have control over those websites nor do we monetize any of the website links we provide.
